Authors are invited to submit original contributions written in English. Only original papers, not published or submitted for publication elsewhere, can be submitted.
Submissions must be made via the EDAS Conference Management System where you can find Networking 2014 under "Submit paper".
Logging in to EDAS: To register your abstract and submit paper, you have to login to the EDAS system. If you do not have an account on the EDAS system yet, you need to create a new EDAS account.

Authors should register their paper abstracts before submitting the full papers.
Paper submissions must be in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF). The page limit is 9 pages. Font size should be no smaller than 10 points. IEEE templates for conference proceedings (2 columns) must be used.
Multiple submissions and self-plagiarized papers will be rejected without further review.
Authors who have got their paper accepted for presentation at the conference and inclusion in the conference proceedings must follow the instructions below and complete all the steps by Mar 28, 2014.
Revise your paper according to the reviewers' comments and carefully proofread your paper to ensure that no further revision will be required.
Fill in and sign a IFIP copyright transfer form. Send a scanned version to and post the original copy to:

Use IEEE PDF eXpress to check that your paper is IEEE Xplore®-compatible (Conference ID: 32487X). If you have any question, visit the PDF eXpress knowledge base website. If you do not find the answer to your question, go the "Ask a Question" tab and submit your question there.
Register at least one of the authors for the conference at the full registration rate (IEEE/IFIP member or non-member) and pay the registration fees.
The camera-ready version of your paper must be uploaded to EDAS Conference Management System. In EDAS, click on the "My Papers" button, and then upload your paper using the link provided. If you experience any problems during the upload process of your paper on EDAS, please contact help@edas-help.com.
Send a visa letter request to . Include your name, affiliation, mailing address and the title and ID of your paper, and make sure that you have paid your registration fee before making the request.
Accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings and later made available in IEEE Xplore® Digital Library and IFIP Digital Library if and only if the following conditions are fulfilled.
